Have you met any people from bands?

Just a fun little topic

I've met:
- Yves Huts from Epica, but all I could do was point and make weird noises,
- Tim Neale, Andy Nixon-Corfield and Emily Ovenden from Pythia, and
- Claire Rabbitt from the Mediaeval Baebes (I think, rofl).

Well I talked to some.. Just a few words though.

- Charlotte from Delain
- Ad Sluiter from Epica
- Anneke Van Giersbergen from Agua De Annique began to talk to me and my friend during the concert. (!!!)

And ofcourse, not in real life, but I talk to Em too. ^^

They're both nice, thought I didn't expect Ruud to put his hand over my shoulders while taking a pic with me.

Kinda.. They were the support act for The Smashing Pumpkins, and my friend and me were as good as the only ones who knew Agua de Annique. So we were screaming at her for a specific song and stuff, and she paid some attention to us, she asked what the next song would be and stuff. ^^

I was SOOO freaking happy.

euhm K3, and the youngblood brass band (you probably don't know them but they're definitely worth checking out) and well lots of unknown bands that quit but that doesn't count I think...

I've had Fernando from Moonspell in front of me a few times (ehr... 3?), i have an autograph and I've shaken his hand twice.

Floor passed in front of me and said "hai" (maybe it has "hi", but it sounded like "hai") and I just stared and went "...". She filmed us at the gig, too.

And from FFM, I think that's it.

I've met Sarah Connor, the german pop singer, rofl.

Yes, all of the band members in Queensryche that were there around 1997 or so...some left. -_- And all of the band members of Kamelot, plus Anne Catrin =D

Online and not in person I met the guitarist for Pyramaze lolz XD Don't talk to him much though since I don't use myspace IM any more.

Oliver was the shyest of them all, actually. Anne was as well. Casey was okay, and so was Thomas. My parents and I enjoyed speaking to Khan and Glenn the most. All of the guys are really fun though and nice, very down to earth.

Glenn was really sweet to me and always struck me as a fatherly type figure. Khan...well...we got to speak to him alone in the club's parking lot for half an hour so that was like we were in the center of the universe (pun intended) XD

We went to 2 shows, this was all last year, and we met all of the guys twice because of both shows....hehehe. It was really great, so far it was the best weekend of my life.

I want to meet Emily from VoD.

I met Serj's bass player and WT (and they all signed the hat for Steve *G*)

I met Pythia (although I already met them before ) and the lead singer of Hanging Doll like, 3 hours ago.
